Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with 10-13 years of expertise to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications across various modules. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving end-to-end implementation projects, and ensuring optimal functionality and user adoption of our Oracle EBS systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business users to gather and meticulously analyze requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for Oracle EBS solutions.

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects, covering all phases from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Expertly configure Oracle EBS modules based on detailed business needs and best practices.

- Provide comprehensive support for Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and ongoing production support, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Prepare detailed functional specifications for customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports (CEMLI), and effectively collaborate with technical teams for development.

- Conduct thorough testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), develop training materials, deliver user training, and provide ongoing user support.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, other functional consultants, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration across modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues within Oracle EBS, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Optimize existing Oracle EBS processes to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.

- Document configurations, processes, and solutions comprehensively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10-13 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.

- Proven experience working with business users to gather and analyze requirements.

- Strong track record of participating in or leading end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects.

- Expertise in configuring various Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing specify relevant modules if possible).

- Experience in supporting Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and providing production support.

- Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications for customizations and effectively work with technical teams.

- Proficiency in conducting testing, delivering training, and providing user support activities.

- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process integration.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
