- The Oracle EBS/ Cloud Applications Finance Techno Functional Consultant will work in Motorola Solutions oracle Financials IT Organization

- Experience in Oracle Financial modules and functional knowledge on financial processes is preferred

- This team is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of financial modules of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications R12.

- 4 which is integrated with Oracle Fusion Revenue management/ Subscription Management/ CPQ and in the process of expanding the footprints to Oracle Fusion financials.

- Provide primary support for Oracle Financial modules (60% functional, 40% technical)Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements.

- Understand the Business requirements and convert them into technical requirements

- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills, detail oriented and a self-starter

- Please look at candidates who can join 1st week of Sept and no immediate joiners.

- The panel is available only in the night after 8 PM.

The Oracle EBS/ Cloud Applications Finance Techno Functional Senior Consultant will work in Motorola Solutions oracle Financials IT Organization.

This team is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of financial modules of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications R12.

4 which is integrated with Oracle Fusion Revenue management/ Subscription Management/ CPQ and in the process of expanding the footprints to Oracle Fusion financials.

As a Techno Functional Analyst, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in understanding business requirements, work with cross functional IT and business teams, apply your EBS expertise/ industry knowledge to provide robust, configurable and futuristic solutions.

You will be leading small to medium sized projects end to end with internal and external IT teams which will require heavy interaction with business in terms of demand sensing, business case analysis and proposing business solutions in Oracle Application EBS/ Cloud finance area.

Responsibilities :

Perform functional, technical and maintenance functions to include, but not be limited to the following :

- Provide primary support for Oracle Financial modules (90% functional, 10% technical)

- Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements.

- Understand the Business requirements and convert them into technical requirements

- Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution/ fixes

- Ability to debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users, Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goal(s), align business in moving to more standardize processes within Oracle EBS/ Cloud to reduce the customizations

- Identify/modify RICEW components, review functional/ technical specifications, provide feedbacks to make solutions more generic/ robust, test scenarios/ cases and execute them individually as well as drive business teams during UAT

- Provide management summary in business speaks for the issues, root cause, next steps in business terms

- Maintain the relationship with finance business partners, understand the issues reported by them, analyze the issue, find the short term/ long term fixes and enroll business partners.

- Should be able to work in fast pace and Agile environment

- Lead the projects with cross functional business teams, Internal and external IT teams to define the business case, requirements, solutions and make decisions along the way to drive everyone towards the goal

- Research new technologies and implement them to make business processes and interactions easier for users
