We are looking for an experienced Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) Consultant to design and implement intelligent conversational solutions. The ideal professional will have strong hands-on experience in ODA development, OSvC integrations, and client-facing delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop digital assistants using Oracle Digital Assistant.

- Build dialog flows, skills, intents, entities, and custom webhook components.

- Integrate ODA with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) and external APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Develop Node.js/JavaScript-based webhooks and extensions.

- Deliver multi-channel deployments (Web, Mobile, WhatsApp, SMS).

- Configure secure authentication (OAuth, JWT, SSO) and OCI policies.

- Optimize performance using ODA Insights, NLU training, and model tuning.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 6 years in Oracle tech, with 2+ years in Oracle Digital Assistant development.

- Strong experience with OSvC APIs, CPHP customizations, and workspace extensions.

- Expertise in JavaScript/Node.js, YAML, and API integrations.

- Exposure to OCI, OIC, deployment, and production support.
