Oracle SCP (Supply Chain Planning) Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCP (Supply Chain Planning) Service Engineer for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will support and manage Oracle Demand & Supply Planning and Global Order Promising (GOP) processes for ATO, MTS, and MTO production strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Oracle Demand Planning including CTO forecasting and planning measure setup

- Troubleshoot issues in data collection from Fusion/internal systems

- Handle support tickets, triage failures, and coordinate with on-call teams

- Lead and support end-to-end integrated planning cycles

- Conduct quarterly patch testing and validation

- Work with REST APIs, BIP reports, and planning data models

Requirements :

- 5+ years' experience with Oracle Demand & Supply Planning and GOP

- Experience with REST APIs, BIP reporting, and system troubleshooting

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
