Ownership Level :

- Owned and was responsible for a part of the project where the core skill was required.

- Able to describe the project and individual contribution in detail.

- May have mentored junior team members.

- Can explain code written and production-level challenges.

- Able to answer scenario-based questions at an expert level with deep probing.

Hands-on Level :

- Worked under supervision but was responsible for key deliverables involving core skills.

- Can explain project, role, and responsibilities clearly.

- Able to discuss code and production challenges.

- Can answer scenario-based questions at an average level with limited probing.

Exposure Level :

- Worked in a team where others owned the skill, but has observed its application.

- Aware of issues faced and team approaches to solving them.

- Limited ability to solve scenario-based questions but can collaborate effectively.

Knowledge Level :

- Conceptual understanding of skills.

- Can answer basic questions but lacks practical/scenario-based problem-solving ability.

Required Depth :

Ownership : OLTP Scalability and Design
