We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS/Oracle DBA professional to manage, support, and optimize mission-critical financial systems. The role involves overseeing Oracle EBS (R12), databases, RAC environments, and high-availability architectures with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support Oracle EBS Financials (primarily GL) and manage the full EBS environment.

- Install, upgrade, configure, clone, and decommission Oracle DB/EBS applications.

- Administer RAC, ASM/ACFS, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and EXACC databases.

- Perform performance tuning (AWR, ADDR, SQL profiling), backup & recovery (RMAN, EXPDP/IMPDP).

- Automate DBA tasks using scripting; manage users, security, and system documentation.

- Troubleshoot production issues, ensure zero-downtime operations, and handle patching cycles.

- Collaborate with customers for operational tasks and resolve complex technical problems.

Skills & Experience :

- Strong Oracle DBA expertise with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, OEM 12c/13c, and Fusion Middleware.

- Good understanding of multi-node, high-availability architectures.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
