Description :

- Data migration

- Environment setup Test & UAT for migrations, integrations, data quality and reconciliation

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze legacy schemas, stored procedures, and business logic; build mapping specs between legacy & new systems.

- Develop extract transform load (ETL) jobs; manage cleansing, deduplication, validation, and audit trails.

- Orchestrate staged loads (masters ? opening balances ? transactions) with idempotent re?runs.

- Own reconciliation with business sign off (trial balance, ledger, inventory, HR/Payroll baselines).

- Design and maintain integrations (REST/Webhooks/Background Jobs) with external systems as required.

- Harden data pipelines for performance, observability, and rollback safety.

Required Skills :

- Advanced SQL across Oracle/MySQL/MariaDB; hands?on with PL/SQL or T-SQL is a plus.

- Experience with Python based ETL; familiarity with Frappe data import/export tools.

- Good to have - understanding of ERP data domains (Accounts & Finance, Inventory, HR/Payroll).

- Version control, environment management, and secure handling of PII.
