Job Description :

- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle Database software across various environments.

- Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and monitoring.

- Design and implement robust backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases.

- Implement and manage security measures, including user access controls, encryption, and auditing.

- Apply patches and updates to ensure Oracle databases are up to date and secure.

- Configure and manage high availability solutions, such as Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC).

- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL queries for efficient database operations.

- Plan and execute upgrades to newer Oracle Database versions and migrate databases between servers.

- Configure and manage Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery and data Implement and manage Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data replication.

- Perform efficient database cloning and refreshing for testing and development purposes.

- Monitor and plan for database capacity to accommodate future growth.

- Diagnose and resolve complex database-related issues and incidents.

- Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager for comprehensive database management.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate database-related updates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for databases and processes.

- Manage and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Implement and manage Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) to enhance database availability and scalability.

- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SQL queries for better efficiency.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise :

- Experience : 5+ Years as Core DBA - Oracle

- Microsoft Windows Server 2016 implementation and management

- Public/private cloud management, especially migration from on-prem to cloud

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :

- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle 19c RAC databases

- Manage database upgrades, patches, and migrations

- Ensure high availability and performance of RAC databases
