Role Summary :

We are seeking an Application Lead (Oracle Data Integrator) to lead the design, development, and configuration of enterprise-grade data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical depth in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) with leadership experience guiding small to mid-sized teams. Youll be the primary point of contact for development efforts, ensuring delivery excellence, technical quality, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of applications using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Provide direction and mentorship to developers and data engineers.

- Ensure data integration solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive project milestones.

- Oversee project timelines, risk management, and quality assurance.

- Promote continuous improvement and technical upskilling within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and integration methodologies.

- Experience with Oracle 12c/19c, OBIEE, Goldengate, AWS DMS, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.

- Solid SQL and database management skills.

- Exposure to real-time analytics and Elastic Stack is desirable.

- Understanding of Google Analytics data structures, APIs, and data extraction methods.

- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Bachelors degree or higher (minimum 15 years of full-time education).

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in cloud-based data integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to performance tuning and optimization in high-volume data environments.
