- UI/UX Design Patterns : Apply best practices to deliver seamless, visually appealing user journeys.

- Web Development : Build responsive applications using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and JSON.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business users across units to align technology with business goals.

- System Configuration : Create technical design documents, test scripts, and ensure smooth go-lives.
