Job Description :


We are looking for an experienced and passionate CX CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Customer Experience (CX) and CRM modules, driving seamless customer engagement across sales, service, marketing, and omnichannel operations.


Key Modules & Responsibilities :


POS (Point of Sale) :


- Manage and support POS systems for retail transactions, sales tracking, and customer billing.


- Ensure smooth integration between front-end POS and back-office systems.


Omni Channel :


- Enable multi-channel integration to provide a unified customer experience across online, offline, and mobile platforms.


- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow across all customer touchpoints.


CRM (Customer Relationship Management) :


- Manage and configure CRM systems for effective customer data management, marketing automation, and customer retention.


- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide end-to-end CRM solutions.


eCommerce & Product Management :


- Oversee online store operations, product catalog setup, and digital asset management.


- Ensure alignment of product and pricing data across CRM and eCommerce platforms.


Requirements :


- 3+ years of experience as a CX or CRM Functional Consultant.


- Strong understanding of CX ecosystem POS, Omni Channel, CRM, and eCommerce.


- Experience with tools like Oracle CX Cloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.


- Excellent communication and business analysis skills.


- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
