Job Title : Oracle CX Consultant - Subscription Management (7 - 10 Years Experience)
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX professional with strong expertise in Subscription Management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting subscription-based business models using Oracle CX and related cloud applications, ensuring seamless lifecycle management from subscription creation to billing and renewal.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Subscription Management solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements for subscription-based offerings
Configure and Manage :
- Subscription products, plans, and pricing models
- Billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Usage-based and recurring billing
Manage the subscription lifecycle :
- Creation, amendments, renewals, and cancellations
- Work closely with business teams to define pricing strategies, discounting, and promotions
- Integrate Subscription Management with :
1. Oracle CX Sales / Service
2. Oracle ERP (Financials, Receivables)
3. Oracle Revenue Management
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with standards (e.g., IFRS 15 / ASC 606)
- Configure workflows for approvals and subscription changes
- Support invoicing, collections, and customer account management
- Work on integrations using APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or middleware
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support go-live activities
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support
- Prepare documentation :
1. Functional design documents (FDD)
2. Solution design and configuration documents
3. User training materials
Required Skills & Experience :
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Oracle CX / Subscription Management / Billing systems
- Strong hands-on experience with :
- Oracle Subscription Management Cloud
- Pricing, billing, and subscription lifecycle management
- Experience in 2+ end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of :
1. Subscription business models (SaaS, usage-based, hybrid)
2. Revenue recognition principles (IFRS 15 / ASC 606)
- Experience integrating subscription systems with ERP/Finance modules
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with :
1. Oracle CX Cloud (Sales, CPQ, Service)
- 2. Oracle Billing / Receivables
3. Oracle Revenue Management Cloud
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Exposure to CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tools
- Basic SQL or reporting knowledge
- Oracle certifications (nice to have)
