Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Consultant with strong expertise in Fusion Sales & Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle CX applications, including Redwood (Next Gen Sales), integrations, security setups, workflows, and analytics. This role requires deep functional knowledge, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Oracle CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


Oracle CX Implementation & Support :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Sales & Service Cloud modules.

- Customize and extend Redwood (Next Gen Sales) applications as per business requirements.


- Develop Groovy scripts to implement dynamic behaviors and business logic.

Security, Configurations & Setup :


- Manage security roles, access groups, and multi-BU configurations including currencies, territories, and geographies.

- Configure forecasting, quotas, territory management, and sales catalogs.

- Set up BPM workflows, CX Mobile apps, and Outlook integrations.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Build and maintain reports using OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher, and RTF templates.

- Develop dashboards and data views to support KPIs, sales insights, and operational reporting.

Service Cloud Management :


- Configure and manage Service Requests, assignment rules, categories, queues, milestones, and Knowledge Management.

- Implement customer data management processes such as de-duplication and data merge.

Integrations :

- Develop and support third-party integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Ensure smooth data flow between Oracle CX and external systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle CX or CRM consultant.

- Strong understanding of Fusion Sales & Service Cloud end-to-end lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with Next Gen Sales (Redwood) technology.

- Proficiency in Groovy scripting, security configurations, workflows, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of CRM processes, best practices, and data management.

- Experience with analytics tools such as OBIEE, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
