Roles & Responsibilities:


- Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle CX solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.


- Configure and customize Oracle CX modules to meet business needs and enhance customer experience capabilities.


- Integrate Redwood with Oracle CX applications to automate processes, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline workflows.


- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle CX and Redwood.


- Conduct gap analysis between business processes and system capabilities, recommending solutions and optimizations.


- Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle CX applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and user adoption.


- Design and implement business process flows, orchestrations, and automation scripts using Redwood to improve overall business workflows.


- Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle CX applications, resolving issues related to integrations, performance, or usability.


- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data integration between Oracle CX and other enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, etc.


- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users to maximize the use of Oracle CX applications and Redwood automation.


- Ensure proper documentation and maintain knowledge of best practices for Oracle CX and Redwood deployments.


Required Skills:


- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX Cloud solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.


- Proficient in Redwood for business process automation, workflow management, and orchestration.


- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools to integrate Oracle CX with third-party systems.


- Deep knowledge of customer experience management, CRM best practices, and the capabilities of Oracle CX applications.


- Experience with Cloud-based platforms and technologies (SaaS, IaaS).


- Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.


- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide support in the areas of application functionality, integration, and performance.


- Good understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in relation to customer data
