Oracle CPQ - O2C/CRM Modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Oracle CPQ solutions with a focus on BML coding for product configurations and pricing rules.

- Customize and optimize CPQ processes, including Quote-to-Cash workflows.

- Develop and maintain integration with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

- Build and configure commerce, document, and approval rules in CPQ.

- Ensure smooth performance of CPQ applications by troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

- Stay up-to-date with Oracle CPQ platform updates, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation and support.

- Proficiency in BML coding for pricing, configuration, and validation rules.

- Experience in developing Commerce Processes, Document Designer Templates, and Approval Rules.

- Good knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

- Experience in integration with CRM (Salesforce, Oracle CX) and ERP systems.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Good to Have :

- Oracle CPQ certification.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for CPQ integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
