Oracle CPQ Functional Consultant

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Functional Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle CPQ solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate pricing, configuration, and quoting requirements into effective CPQ setups while following standard Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead functional implementation of Oracle CPQ (Cloud) modules including :

1. Product Configuration

2. Pricing

3. Discounting

4. Quote Management

- Gather and document business requirements for complex product and pricing models.

- Configure rules-based product configurators, pricing rules, approvals, and workflows.

- Work closely with technical teams on integrations with :

1. Oracle Sales Cloud / CRM

2. Oracle ERP (Order Management, Pricing, AR)

- Support UAT, SIT, and production deployments.

- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), BRDs, and user manuals.

- Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

- Ensure adherence to standard CPQ governance and change management processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ Functional role.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Oracle CPQ Cloud configuration

2. Product modeling and pricing rules

3. Approval workflows and quote lifecycle

- Experience in integrations with Oracle ERP or CRM systems.

- Good understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) business processes.

- Exposure to data migration and master data setup.

- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Oracle CPQ Cloud certification.

- Experience in manufacturing, telecom, or SaaS domains.

- Exposure to REST/SOAP integrations (functional understanding).

- Experience working in Agile / Waterfall project environments.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work independently and within structured delivery frameworks.

- Attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
