Job Title : Oracle CPQ Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Developer to design, develop, support, and optimize Oracle CPQ solutions for complex business environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

- Provide hands-on development, programming, and troubleshooting support for Oracle CPQ applications.

- Support testing, release, and deployment activities to ensure a stable and high-performing CPQ environment.

- Review existing and proposed CPQ solutions with a focus on performance optimization, scalability, and stability.

- Design and implement enhancements to CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle CPQ with enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM, ERP platforms, and other downstream applications.

- Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues across the CPQ ecosystem.

- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

- Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and documentation requirements.

Basic Qualifications :

Required :

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle CPQ.

- Proven implementation experience in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.

- Strong experience supporting production environments and deployments.

Technical Skills (Must Have) :

- Deep expertise in :

1. SQL

2. Java or C#

3. JavaScript & jQuery

4. XML / XSL

5. BML (BigMachines Language)

- Strong understanding of CPQ data models, pricing logic, and rule-based configurations.

Development Methodologies :

- Experience working in Agile / SCRUM development environments (preferred).

Collaboration & Communication :

- Ability to support and collaborate with globally distributed teams across time zones.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
