Job Title : Oracle CPQ Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage Product Configuration, Commerce Processes, Pricing, Rules, and Document Designer setups.

- Develop and optimize BML (BigMachines Language) code for complex business requirements.

- Integrate CPQ with Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), and other CRM platforms.

- Configure and manage ATO/PTO models for seamless integration with ERP fulfillment systems.

- Support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and CRM-to-ERP integration cycles.

- Implement Advanced BOM structures, Price Books, and ABO (Asset Based Ordering) functionalities.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation including Design Specifications and Functional/Technical Design Documents.

- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Quality and accuracy of CPQ configurations and integrations with minimal post-deployment issues.

- Customer satisfaction scores and feedback on solution effectiveness.

- Reduction in quote-to-cash cycle time through effective automation and process enhancements.

- Compliance with enterprise design standards and documentation guidelines.

Required Skillsets :

- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash and CRM-to-ERP integration cycles.

- Proficient in BML scripting and XSL for Document Designer customization.

- Hands-on experience with HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based Web Services.

- Experience in Salesforce or other CRM integrations with Oracle CPQ.

- Familiarity with ABO packages including installation and customization.

- Experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle CPQ implementations.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed onshore-offshore delivery model.
