Oracle Consultant - Fusion/Supply Chain Planning Modules

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning consultant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Supply Chain modules and system functionality.

Responsibilities :

- Provide best practices system-level recommendations, guidance, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify future-state needs and align them with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing configuration and system functionality.

- Expertise in Constrained Planning and Production Scheduling is a huge plus.

- Identify future-state needs and align them with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing configuration and system functionality.

- Create prototypes, approach documents, and quick reference guides to ensure alignment with client requirements and current-state business processes.

- Coordinate pre-development and post-development review sessions with development team, partners and clients.

- Prepare functional specifications for interfaces with external systems.

- Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and create integration test plans across multiple modules.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems, or Masters in Business Administration or an equivalent professional degree.

- More than 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules.

- Strong functional experience and expertise in Constrained Planning & Production Scheduling functionalities.

- Working knowledge of Order to Cash, Procurement modules in relation to manufacturing / supply chain configurations.

- Experience in conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and validating current-state processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to prepare meticulous design documents for integrations and reports.
