Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise across OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle Fusion technical components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing integrations, customizations, and advanced reporting solutions within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment. This role requires close collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Fusion Technical Development :

- Leverage deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion Technical architecture to design, build, and deploy robust technical solutions.

- Develop and enhance BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, FRS reports, and SmartView extracts based on business requirements.

- Create and maintain complex BIP data models, templates, bursting setups, and report configurations.

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):

- Design, configure, and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems using OIC.

Build OIC components such as :

- Integrations (App-driven, Scheduled, File-based)

- Connections & Adapters

Mappings & Transformations :

- Orchestrations and Error Handling

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize OIC integrations for performance and reliability.

Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) :

Develop custom web and mobile applications using VBCS, including UI components, REST integrations, logic flows, and responsive design.

Customize Oracle Cloud user experiences through VBCS extensions and custom modules.

Reporting & Analytics :

Work closely with functional consultants and business teams to gather reporting requirements.

Translate functional needs into technical designs and solutions across reporting platforms.

Build analytics and dashboards using OTBI and ensure performance optimization.

Collaboration & Support :

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Provide production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare technical design documents, test plans, and deployment documentation.

Assist in full lifecycle project activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience with VBCS for building custom applications.

- Proficiency in building and customizing reports using :

a. BI Publisher (BIP)

b. OTBI

c. FRS (Financial Reporting Studio)

d. SmartView

- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud data model and technical components.

- Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integrations.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

Professional Skills :

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in Agile methodologies is an advantage.
