Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Security Specialist to lead and manage security design, implementation, and compliance across Oracle Cloud ERP environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud security roles, Segregation of Duties (SoD), sensitive access analysis, and integration with tools like Pathlock.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP security implementations (minimum 3 projects) across Financials, SCM, or EPM modules.

- Design and configure Oracle Cloud security roles across functional areas ensuring proper access and compliance.

- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) and sensitive access analysis to maintain system integrity and compliance.

- Facilitate security design workshops and collaborate with business and technical teams for access governance.

- Implement, configure, and manage Pathlock for user access lifecycle, SoD analysis, and periodic user access reviews.

- Integrate Pathlock with Oracle Cloud ERP for automated compliance monitoring.

- Maintain accurate documentation of security roles, policies, and compliance reports.

- Utilize MS Excel, Word, and other tools for reporting, analysis, and documentation.

- Collaborate with Oracle Integration tools (OAG) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for security-related configurations (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP security across large, complex projects with multiple rollouts or countries/regions.

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Oracle Cloud roles and security frameworks.

- Expertise in SoD and sensitive access analysis within Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.

- Strong experience in security workshops, configuration, and user access governance.

- Knowledge of Pathlock implementation and integration with Oracle Cloud ERP.

- Proficiency with MS Excel (formulas, data analysis) and Word
