Must-Have Skills / Experience :

- 3 - 4 years' experience delivering full-cycle Oracle Cloud Security assessments, design and implementations

- Strong understanding of business process flows, cloud security risks, Oracle application security and risk management

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Security Console :

- Custom role creation (tailoring seeded roles)

- User administration : add/modify users, role assignment, data security context, profiles

Experience in :

- Data roles, custom security profiles

- AOR assignments, HDL loads

- Restricting payroll flows and document types

- Good understanding of SOX, security controls, risk assessment and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)

Experience in :

- Role-based security (ERP/EPM/OTBI)

- Quarterly patch analysis, regression testing

- SDLC support, configuration/migrations, QA

- Reviewing user access, SOD analysis and mitigation

- Securing BI reports, data models, subject areas, analyses

- Ability to coordinate with development, functional, business and security teams

- Excellent communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Oracle GRC / RMC (AAC, AFC, FRC)

- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM modules

- Prior Consulting / Big 4 experience

- Security certifications : CISSP / CISM / CISA

Automation : Python, C#, VBA

- Strong troubleshooting using PL/SQL
