About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to join our growing Enterprise Applications Cloud ERP practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules and a strong background in functional support, ticket resolution, and month-end processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global business users and process owners.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Support & Ticket Management :

- Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle SCM Cloud, specifically in Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management (OM) modules.

- Handle user tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution aligned with SLAs.

- Support monthly activities such as month-end close, reconciliations, and functional validations.

Testing & Documentation :

- Perform patch testing, regression testing, and validate Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.

- Document functional issues, resolutions, and SOPs as required.

- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, fixes, and integrations.

Business Collaboration :

- Interact with business users, process owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

- Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements within Supply Chain modules.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Work collaboratively within a global delivery model spanning the US, India, and LATAM regions.

- Support internal knowledge-building initiatives within the practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Support.

- Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules.

- Experience with ticket management, functional troubleshooting, reconciliation, and patch/quarterly update testing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with business teams.

- Must be willing to work US EST night shift.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

- Good understanding of core Supply Chain business processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Oracle EBS SCM Functional Support or Implementation.

- Exposure to broader Oracle Cloud ERP modules and integrations.
