- 7+ years in OTM with 2+ full life cycle implementations.

- Strong in SQL, XML, XSL, BI Publisher.

- Expertise in OTM configuration: shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management.

- Skilled in B2B Integration (EDI, API) :

- Project Management, solution design & architecture knowledge.

- Experience in development & support projects.

- Excellent team leadership, conflict resolution, and customer service.

- Knowledge of 3PL industry and other OMS/TMS systems.

Role Responsibilities :

- Lead Customer Onboarding workstream and ensure standards.

- Manage offshore resources and liaise with PMs.

- Drive knowledge transition and mentor juniors.

- Delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and monitor change requests.
