Role :

As an Application Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the Software Engineering team, focusing on the ERP_Internal project. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to design, build, and configure applications that enhance supply chain management solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring that the project aligns with client expectations and industry standards. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering high-quality applications while fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Skills Required :

- Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Order Management.

- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.

- Experience with integration of Oracle Cloud applications with other enterprise systems.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with agile project management practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management.

- This position is based at our Pan India offices.

- A bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related technical field is required.
