- Analyze client requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionalities
- Configure and implement various Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing for clients
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for continuous improvement of HCM functionalities
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Proven experience with module configuration and implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
