- Perform end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Specialize in Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits modules.
- Write eligibility FastFormulas to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and create BI reports for HR analytics and reporting purposes.
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in the Oracle HCM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and system performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional roles (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits modules (mandatory).
- Experience in FastFormulas, BI reporting, and system configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field preferred
