Role : Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (Absence & OTL) | 6 - 12 Yrs | India

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Absence Management & Time and Labor (OTL) to lead end-to-end implementation cycles.

Location : PAN India | Remote.

Role Overview :

As a Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, you will :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence & OTL modules

- Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, map business processes, and design solutions

- Configure absence types, accruals, leave rules, time entry rules, approval flows & overtime rules

- Integrate Absence & OTL with Oracle HCM & ERP modules including Project Management

- Lead Unit Testing / SIT / UAT, prepare training documentation & support go-live

- Create and maintain implementation documentation

Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Absence & Time & Labor

- Strong configuration & functional expertise in both modules

- Oracle Cloud HCM certification preferred
