Job Title : Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Experience Required : 6+ years total, with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM

NOTE : Immediate joiners preferred up to 45 days notice period.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules with hands-on experience across multiple functional areas including Security, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The candidate should have successfully delivered at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and enhancements across various modules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Provide functional expertise in :

1. Security Configuration (3 projects)

2. Payroll Processing and Compliance (5 projects)

3. Compensation Management (Lead role in 1 project)

4. Absence Management (Lead role in 1 project)

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) (Lead role in 1 project)

- Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend relevant changes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications in relevant modules.

- Experience with Oracle HCM Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

- Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
