Role : Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant

Location : Hyderabad / WFH

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant with strong finance domain knowledge and hands-on implementation experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, lead end-to-end solution delivery, and support customers onsite when required.

Experience Required :

- 8+ years of total experience

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud

- Prior experience in Oracle EBS is mandatory

- Preference for candidates based in Pune or open to relocating

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules at customer sites

- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support business processes

- Provide strong functional expertise across core finance modules

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with Procurement, HR, and other modules

- Drive issue resolution, perform troubleshooting, and ensure high-quality consulting support

- Apply strong finance domain knowledge to deliver effective solutions

- Follow CAS OUM methodology for implementation and design processes

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience in the following Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules :

- General Ledger

- Accounts Payable

- Accounts Receivable

- Cash Management

- Fixed Assets

- Experience with Encumbrance Accounting

- Strong understanding of integrations with Procurement and HR

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Strong finance domain expertise
