Oracle Cloud Database Administrator - Configuration & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) databases, including provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.

- Perform core DBA activities such as creating and managing users, roles, and privileges.

- Monitor system health, alerts, and performance metrics to ensure database reliability and availability.

- Conduct system refreshes, backups, and recovery processes as needed.

- Understand and maintain existing database architecture and configurations.

- Handle identity management and security within the OCI and Fusion environments.

- Provide support for Oracle Fusion Applications, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement changes and improvements.

- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud and Fusion best practices and new features.

Qualifications :

- Proven skills in Oracle Fusion Applications support and administration.

- Proficient in database user and role management, monitoring, and alert handling.

- Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture and identity management.

- Experience in system refreshes, backups, and recovery procedures.

- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in OCI and Fusion environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
