Oracle Cloud CX Technical Consultant

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud CX Technical Consultant (Redwood UI) with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and enhance modern enterprise applications using Oracles Redwood Design System. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle CX technical consulting, VB Studio, UI/UX principles, and application customization. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and global teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing Oracle Cloud CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Customize and extend Oracle Cloud CX applications using Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).

- Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly enterprise application experiences.

- Develop and maintain UI components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.

- Implement personalization and extensibility features within Oracle Cloud CX applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver optimized solutions.

- Integrate Oracle Cloud applications using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Support deployment activities, Go-Live processes, and post-production stabilization.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.

- Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices, coding standards, and Oracle development guidelines.

- Work closely with onshore and offshore teams for seamless project execution and delivery.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design discussions, and technical estimations.

- Provide technical support and enhancements for existing Oracle Cloud CX implementations.

Required Skillsets :

- Expertise in Oracle Redwood UI and Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive application design.

- Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud application customization and extensibility.

- Experience in enterprise application development and integration projects.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience collaborating with global onshore and offshore teams.

- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced implementation and support environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud CX certifications will be an added advantage.

- Experience in Oracle SaaS application integrations preferred.

- Prior experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects is desirable.
