About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivables (AR) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing AR and Collections modules, and delivering RICE components.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oracle Cloud AR Implementation : Configure, customize, and deploy Oracle Cloud AR and Collections modules to support organizational financial operations.

- RICE Delivery : Design, develop, and deliver RICE components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions) as part of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

- Process Optimization : Analyze and streamline AR and collections processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial policies.

- Project Management : Oversee project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure AR systems align with business goals and customer strategies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3- 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically in AR and Collections modules.

- Proven experience in RICE delivery (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions).

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud AR certification.

- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
