Job Title : Oracle CDM Architect.

Location : Remote (India).

Time zone : Eastern Standard.

Travel Required : Yes (occasional up to 4 weeks at a time).

Role Description :

We are looking for a well-seasoned Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Architect to lead enterprise migrations from on-premise Oracle CDH to Oracle SaaS CDM Cloud.

This role drives architectural strategy, data governance frameworks, functional understanding of the application, integration design, and migration execution.

The Architect will define future-state data architecture, design complex data quality and matching policies, and guide enterprise stakeholders to ensure successful transformation.

Main Responsibility :

- Define enterprise-wide customer master architecture (target Oracle CDM Cloud) including governance and MDM entity models.

- Lead migration from Oracle CDH to SaaS CDM, including strategy, roadmap, data modeling, and transformation rules.

- Architect data quality frameworks (match, standardization, address cleansing, digital identity rules).

- Oversee data migration execution, data profiling, cleansing playbooks, and validation automation.

- Provide architectural leadership to SI partners; set standards and review designs and build.

- Define and enforce data governance policies and customer 360 standards.

- Extending CDM application to meet specific business requirements.

- Functional knowledge and process pathways of the Application.

Key Skills :

- Oracle CDH / Siebel UCM Data Model and Migration Expertise.

- Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud architecture & extensibility.

- Master Data Management & Data Governance Architecture.

- Ability to lead SI partners and enterprise stakeholders.

- Cloud transformation experience : Oracle SaaS.

- Strong communication with C-level, business, and technical audiences.

- Setting up and managing customer data hubs.

- Experienced building reports and managing update to project stakeholder.

- Be able to interpret data and draw conclusions to decide suitable next steps.

- Be able to both work alone and with a team spread across different geographic locations.

- Able to provide Functional demonstrations and walkthroughs of the application to a business user group.
