Oracle CCB Developer

Job Description :

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CC&B/C2M Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and C2M/CCS solutions, specifically within the Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution sectors for Electric, Gas, and Water utilities. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, design expertise, and hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, build, test, and deployment of technical solutions in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS.

- Serve as the technical lead for project implementations, guiding the team through all phases of the development lifecycle.

- Architect and design complex technical solutions by translating functional specifications into detailed technical design documents.

- Customize and configure the Oracle CC&B/C2M package to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and implement Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE) to enhance system functionality.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a CC&B Technical Designer and Developer.

- Proven experience leading the technical track in at least two full lifecycle, end-to-end implementations of Oracle CC&B, MDM, C2M, or CCS.

- Deep technical proficiency in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Oracle CC&B/C2M architecture.

- Strong development skills in Java, Groovy, SQL, and PL/SQL.

- Expertise in developing RICE components, including custom batch jobs, inbound/outbound web services, and XAI services.

- Experience with system integration using various methods like web services, file transfers, and APIs.

- Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with MDM (Meter Data Management) and other Oracle Utilities products.

- Knowledge of utility industry business processes for electricity, gas, and water services.

- Certification in Oracle Utilities products.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
