We are seeking skilled Oracle C2M - Meter Data Management professionals with strong experience in handling L2 and L3 support activities for C2M upgrade and operations. The role involves end-to-end defect analysis, resolution, data correction, performance tuning, and support for statutory/business-driven enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle C2M upgrade, including defect analysis, fixes, deployment, and RCA documentation.

- Coordinate with Oracle support and middleware/edge systems for defect resolution.

- Perform data corrections, performance analysis, and tuning in SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod environments.

- Support system testing, regression testing, and UAT phases.

- Incorporate new requirements driven by legal, statutory, or policy changes (design, development, testing, deployment).

- Respond to C2M-specific queries (SOM, Device Management).

- Prepare and maintain key project documentation (functional/technical specifications, test cases, release notes, defect reports, RCA).

- Participate in status reporting and governance meetings with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle C2M / MDM implementations and support.

- Strong hands-on expertise in L2/L3 support, defect management, and performance tuning.

- Good knowledge of SOM and Device Management modules.

- Experience in test planning, defect tracking, and documentation.

- Strong coordination skills with Oracle Support and external system teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
