We are seeking an experienced Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) Developer to design, configure, customize, and integrate solutions within the Oracle Service Cloud platform. The role involves end-to-end development, optimization, and support of both Agent Desktop and Customer Portal components, ensuring seamless business operations and enhanced user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure Oracle B2C Service Cloud components, including custom objects, workspaces, workflows, business rules, profiles, permissions, reports, and analytics.

- Customize Agent Desktop using C#/.NET add-ins and enhance Customer Portal using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), ICS/OIC, message templates, and event handlers.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure smooth system performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to convert business needs into technical solutions.

- Conduct unit, integration, and UAT support testing.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

- Provide technical guidance to junior team members as needed and stay updated on new platform features.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for Customer Portal development.

- Deep understanding of Oracle B2C Service Cloud architecture and data model.

- Proven experience in Service Cloud administration and customization (custom objects, workflows, workspaces, rules, profiles, reports).

- Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST API integrations.
