Job Title : Oracle ARCS Consultant Offshore

Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced Oracle ARCS Technical Consultants to support a large-scale multi-wave rollout of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) across multiple business units. The consultants will serve as the primary offshore ARCS resource working closely with Finance stakeholders, the onsite functional lead, project management team, and customer IT teams to deliver scalable and standardized ARCS solutions.

The role is responsible for the design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of ARCS Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, integrations, security, and reporting components across all rollout waves.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Configure Oracle ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.

- Build Data Management integrations from Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory, and other source systems.

- Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, matching rules, workflows, and security.

- Develop and support inbound interfaces, mapping rules, and data load processes.

- Execute unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects/issues.

- Support production migrations, cutover activities, and Hypercare support.

- Collaborate with onsite functional lead and customer IT teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Develop test strategies, test scenarios, and support defect management and Oracle SR resolution.

- Drive stakeholder engagement with Finance, PMO, IT, BPSS, and business leadership teams.

- Present project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to governance and steering committees.

- Support production deployments, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.

- Provide Hypercare support, issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and SOP documentation.

- Enable and support Oracle ARCS AI capabilities and reconciliation assistants.
