Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Application Framework Technical professional located in Bengaluru South.

The responsibilities include providing technical support for Oracle applications, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting training for end-users.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with solution design, and ensure the efficient operation of Oracle systems to meet business needs.

Qualifications :

- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues efficiently.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to liaise with team members and clients effectively and to ensure a positive user experience.

- Experience in Training users to enhance understanding and optimal utilization of Oracle Application Framework solutions.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Previous experience in Oracle Application Framework or similar enterprise applications is highly desirable
