About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle APEX Developer to join our dynamic technology team and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The ideal candidate will bring a passion for clean, maintainable code and deep knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle technologies, and modern front-end practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance applications using Oracle APEX (v5.0 and above)

- Develop complex PL/SQL logic, stored procedures, functions, and triggers

- Create intuitive user interfaces using APEX components like Interactive Grids, Charts, and Dynamic Actions

- Build custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

- Integrate APEX apps with RESTful Web Services, external systems, and Oracle EBS modules (if applicable)

- Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and optimization of SQL queries

- Participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, and design discussions

- Implement role-based access, data masking, and APEX security best practices

- Maintain documentation on workflows, application architecture, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development

- Strong front-end skills : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

- Experience in Oracle 12c or higher environments

- Good understanding of relational data models, database constraints, and performance tuning

- Exposure to Oracle EBS modules, APIs, or Oracle ERP integration (preferred)

- Familiarity with BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, or Apache FOP tools

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based projects

- Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines

- Hands-on experience with version control (Git/SVN)

- Familiarity with cloud deployments on Oracle Cloud or AWS
