Oracle Apex Developer

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle ERP technical components in alignment with business requirements.

- Design, write, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.

- Develop and enhance Oracle BI Publisher reports or similar reporting tools.

- Create and customize Oracle Forms, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

- Develop and maintain Oracle APEX and OAF (Oracle Application Framework) components.

- Support and maintain ERP integrations involving XML Gateway, Workflows (WF), and Web Services.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to analyze and troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including version control and change logs.

- Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and Oracle guidelines.

- Provide technical support for Oracle ERP functionality and assist during testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Quality and timeliness of technical deliverables.

- Stakeholder satisfaction and responsiveness to internal support requests.

- Uptime, stability, and performance of ERP systems.

- Delivery quality and maintainability of Oracle EBS objects.

- Compliance with documentation, coding, and release standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Years of experience as an Oracle Technical Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, and APEX development.

- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) or similar reporting tools.

- Experience in Oracle Workflow (WF) and XML integrations.

- Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture and database structure.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
