Role Overview :

As an Oracle Analytics Cloud specialist, you will serve as a lead architect and developer, responsible for designing and deploying sophisticated analytical solutions that empower business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance data models and interactive dashboards. Your work will directly influence how organizations interpret their data, ensuring that leadership has real-time, accurate visibility into operational and financial performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions to provide stakeholders with intuitive, data-driven insights.

- Develop complex data models and semantic layers to ensure data consistency and accuracy across enterprise reporting platforms.

- Optimize SQL queries and database performance within Oracle DB environments to enhance the speed and reliability of analytical reports.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate disparate data sources into a unified data warehousing architecture.

- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards that simplify complex datasets for executive-level consumption.

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of BI applications to maintain high availability and user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and legacy Oracle BI environments.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced database management within Oracle DB to handle large-scale data processing.

- Proven ability to design robust data warehousing structures that support complex analytical reporting needs.

- Exceptional data visualization skills, with a focus on creating user-centric dashboards that drive business outcomes.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to remote or distributed team environments across multiple locations in India.

- Minimum of 5 - 15 years of professional experience in the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics domain.
