- Review tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately priortise and sized for incremental delivery; anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalation

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure code quality.

- Assist in documenting production support processes in the cloud environment and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise team performance and delivery in cloud (Azure/OCI)

- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and product managers to ensure alignment and transparency

- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
