About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React + TypeScript, Python or Node.js, and proven experience building AI applications using Generative AI.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable applications-preferably in the Healthcare domain-with a strong emphasis on API development, AI/ML integration, and cloud-native DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive, modular UI using React + TypeScript.

- Build and maintain secure, performant APIs (REST/GraphQL) using Python or Node.js.

- Architect and implement AI-powered features using Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, RAG pipelines).

- Integrate model inference APIs, optimize latency vs. batch processing, and establish prompt engineering patterns and evaluation loops.

- Ensure security and compliance across the stack: OAuth2, RBAC, session management, secure logging/monitoring; HIPAA awareness preferred for healthcare use cases.

- Containerize and deploy services using Docker, set up CI/CD pipelines, and manage environment configurations.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and clinical/SME stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, testable code; conduct code reviews; contribute to standards and best practices.

- Monitor application health and performance; troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills :

- UI Technologies

- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript; component-driven development; state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API); API integration.

Backend Technologies :

- Strong hands-on with Python or Node.js.

- Proven experience in API development (REST/GraphQL), authentication, rate limiting, error handling, and versioning.

AI/ML :

- Must have experience building applications with Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Google Vertex AI).

- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS), RAG, embeddings, prompt templates, and inference pipelines.
