Role : Optimizely Architect / Lead (with CMP & Personalization Integration)

Experience : 10 to 20 Years

Location : Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Pune

Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Optimizely Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable digital experience solutions across CMS, CMP, and personalization platforms. The role involves defining technical architecture and roadmaps for multi-site and headless implementations, while ensuring seamless integration between CMS, CRM, DAM, and marketing automation systems.


Key Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture for Optimizely CMS, CMP, and Personalization/Content Recommendations.

- Define technical roadmaps for multi-site and headless deployments.

- Architect integrations between CMP, CMS, CRM, DAM, and marketing automation systems.

- Oversee setup of personalization engines : segmentation, targeting, and content affinity modelling.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, GDPR/CCPA, and security standards.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to front-end and back-end teams.

Required Skills :


- Proven experience with Optimizely CMS 12+, Commerce Cloud, CMP, and Personalization.

- Strong background in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.

- Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure scaling.

- Familiarity with event tracking, data integration, and analytics platforms (GA4).

- Knowledge of headless CMS and API-first delivery.

- Strong understanding of recommendation engines, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.

- Certifications in Optimizely (Architect, CMS/Commerce Developer) preferred.
