Role : Senior DevOps Lead Client Project Delivery (Multicloud : AWS Must + Azure/GCP)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Lead Client Delivery who will take complete ownership of DevOps strategy, architecture, and execution for assigned client accounts.

This role is client-facing and responsible for :

- Leading DevOps initiatives end-to-end

- Designing scalable, secure cloud-native solutions

- Managing DevOps engineers aligned to the project

- Acting as the primary technical authority for the client

The ideal candidate should be capable of operating as a technical leader, solution architect, and delivery owner.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Leadership & Architecture

- Act as the DevOps SPOC for client stakeholders.

- Define DevOps roadmap aligned to business goals.

- Architect secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Lead infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, and automation strategies.

Technical Ownership :

- Design and implement :

1. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

2. Kubernetes-based deployments

3. CI/CD pipelines

4. Observability & monitoring solutions

- Define deployment strategies (Rolling, Canary, Blue/Green).

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance.

Delivery & Governance :

- Lead DevOps engineers aligned to the project.

- Ensure SLA, security, and compliance adherence.

- Conduct regular infra & CI/CD audits.

- Handle escalations and perform root cause analysis.

- Drive automation-first and DevSecOps mindset.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with :

1. Engineering teams

2. Product teams

3. Security teams

4. Client IT leadership

- Participate in architectural discussions and solution proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. AWS (Preferred )/ GCP / Azure (Should have handson experience on other 2 clouds as well)

2. Terraform (primary IaC tool)

3. Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS)

4. CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred)

- Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration.

- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices (SAST/DAST, secrets management).

- Strong scripting skills (Python / Go / Bash).

- Deep understanding of :

1. Cloud networking

2. IAM

3. Monitoring & logging

4. Security best practices

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) are a plus.
