About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior SaaS Platform Developer with deep technical expertise and the ability to lead and deliver modern SaaS platform initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in building scalable, multi-tenant platforms, can drive architectural decisions, contribute directly to development, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. Excellent English communication and a team-first mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS platform components.

- Lead technical delivery across projects while staying actively involved in coding.

- Build robust backend services, APIs, and reusable platform features.

- Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, and engineering teams for quality delivery.

- Lead architecture discussions and recommend best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineering team members.

- Ensure high standards of reliability, maintainability, and clean engineering practices.

- Work with cloud/infra teams for deployment & operations in AWS environments.

- Contribute to frontend development when needed (especially React).

Required Experience & Skills :

- Senior-level software development experience, preferably in SaaS platform development.

- Proven ability to lead or drive technical projects end-to-end.

- Strong hands-on development capability.

- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Able to combine strategic architectural thinking with hands-on coding.

- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, multi-tenant systems, integrations, and cloud-native deployment.

- Takes ownership and leads technical projects effectively while delivering production-quality code.

Preferred Qualities :

- Experience with subscription, billing, or payment integrations.

- Experience with cloud-native deployments / Kubernetes.

- Strong problem solving abilities and a pragmatic engineering mindset.

- Ability to mentor mid-level or junior developers.
