Responsibilities :
- Create clear, concise technical content including product overviews, how- to guides, and feature explainers.
- Support creation of presentation decks and slideware for customer meetings, webinars, and internal enablement.
- Help script, storyboard, and coordinate short product demo or explainer videos.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand features and translate them into user-friendly narratives.
- Assist in maintaining content libraries (docs, slides, and media assets) and keeping them up to date.
- Perform basic research on cloud technologies, DevOps, and related tools to inform content.
Requirements :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and structure.
- Interest in technology, with basic familiarity or coursework in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps concepts.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly (presentation tools, documentation platforms, video editing or screen recording tools).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand/style guidelines.
- Self- driven, curious, and comfortable asking questions to understand technical topics.
- Commitment to meeting timelines and managing multiple small content projects simultaneously.
- Experience Required: 2 years
Nice to have :
- Prior experience with technical blogging, documentation, or student projects.
- Basic experience creating slide decks (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and/or simple video edits (Camtasia, iMovie, etc.).
- Basic knowledge to GitHub, CI/CD, or developer tools.
