Role Summary :

The Workday Functional Consultant Core HCM will be part of Opkeys Accelerator Team and will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Core HCM and related modules. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end Workday Core HCM implementations and support engagements

- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes and frameworks

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

- Design and configure Workday business processes, validations, and security roles

- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution

- Develop and deliver user training and functional documentation

- Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards

- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with organizational standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple project deliverables

Required Skillsets :

- Strong functional expertise in Workday Core HCM

- Working knowledge of at least one additional Workday module such as Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence

- Experience in business process design and configuration

- Hands-on experience in system testing and functional validation

- Proficiency in Workday reporting and security configuration

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Understanding of data security and privacy compliance

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills :

- Workday Certification in Core HCM or related modules

- Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools

- Experience working in fast-paced, product-based or SaaS environments
