Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Product Data Hub (PDH) modules. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience, particularly in cloud environments, and will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain and manufacturing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions across Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Product Data Hub (PDH) modules.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective functional designs.

- Lead module configuration, setup, and optimization to support manufacturing operations, asset maintenance processes, and centralized product master data management.

- Ensure seamless integration between SCM modules and other ERP components such as Finance, Inventory, and Procurement.

- Support system testing activities, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvements for deployed solutions.

- Act as a functional subject matter expert, ensuring best practices and compliance with business and system standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of ERP SCM implementation experience, with strong focus on Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Product Data Hub (PDH).

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent ERP platforms.

- Experience working in cloud-based ERP environments and integrations using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle or SAP certification in relevant SCM / Manufacturing modules.

- Prior experience in large-scale ERP transformation or cloud migration projects.
